Child Safety Standards Policy

Effective Date: October 1, 2025

1. Zero Tolerance for CSAE (Published Standards)

Muhurthmedh maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to keeping our platform free of content and behavior that endangers children.

Prohibited Conduct includes:

  • ● The creation, distribution, or possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
  • ● Grooming: Establishing a relationship with a child for the purpose of sexual exploitation.
  • ● Sextortion: Blackmailing a child using intimate images or videos.
  • ● Any content that sexually exploits, abuses, or promotes the endangerment of children.

Violations will result in immediate account termination and mandatory reporting to law enforcement.

2. Addressing CSAM & Compliance with Child Safety Laws

We take appropriate action to address CSAM upon obtaining actual knowledge, in accordance with our published standards and all relevant laws.

Our Legal Compliance includes:

  • ● Immediate removal of all confirmed CSAM content.
  • ● A formal process for reporting confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other regional authorities as legally required.
  • ● Compliance with all applicable child safety laws and regulations in every jurisdiction where our app operates.

3. Reporting Mechanism and Designated Contact

In-App User Feedback Mechanism

Users can easily report content or behavior, including potential CSAE/CSAM, from within the app via the following mechanism:

  • ● Tap the three-dot menu on any user profile or message to access the 'Report' option.
